The Company ensures the lawful and appropriate process of protection and confidentiality of Personal Data it receives, including preventing any unauthorized access to this data, as well as to the equipment used for its processing or archiving.
PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA USAGE
The provision of your personal data within the framework of submitting a CV for job placement at the Company occurs voluntarily and is necessary for the evaluation of the possibility of your employment either by the Company itself or by its clients.
The processing is necessary to take measures at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract, according to Article 6β of the Regulation.
The Company guarantees that your Personal Data will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned in this policy, without your prior notification and, where required, your consent. The Company does not share personal data with third parties not affiliated with it.
PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD AND USE
The Company undertakes to retain your personal data for four (4) years, from the moment it receives your CV, or from the last updates of your personal profile in our Database, or from the most recent communication with you (whichever of the three is the most recent). You may request the deletion of your personal data within a shorter period, which the Company will apply if permissible and legally guaranteed.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company may disclose your personal data to specific individuals within the Company, necessary for the process of selecting potential employees, such as the Accounting Department, Personnel Selection Department, Administration, etc. Additionally, the Company may transfer certain of your Personal Data to existing or potential clients or clients of these clients, for the purpose of your employment.
In any case, the Company takes necessary measures to ensure that all Personal Data transmitted receive an acceptable level of protection.

This information is provided free of charge by the Company, subject to the condition that the request for disclosure and information is not made repeatedly, excessively, and/or is clearly unjustified.
