We are looking for a Payroll Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance on payroll processes, compliance, and system optimization.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of payroll regulations, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Advise clients on best payroll practices, statutory requirements, and system improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary payments, benefits administration, and deductions.
- Stay up to date with payroll-related legislation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle payroll-related audits, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., SAP, Soft One or similar).
- Familiarity with tax laws, labor regulations, and social security contributions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
